Taskade Promo Codes for September 2026

Great value on the annual plan

I was looking for a productivity tool that wouldn't break the bank, so I checked out Taskade's pricing. I saw they had a 50% off annual plan deal, which felt like a really good saving compared to paying monthly. I got the plan primarily for the AI Writing Assistant and the Project Calendars. The AI assistant has been surprisingly useful for drafting meeting notes, and the calendar helps me keep track of deadlines easily. Given the discount, it felt like I got a lot of features for a very reasonable price. Definitely worth the purchase if you're looking to save money on these kinds of tools.

Good features, some room for improvement

I signed up for the annual plan last month to use their Project Dashboard and Team Chat features. The dashboard is pretty helpful for getting an overview, and the chat works well enough for quick team discussions. We've been using it for a project with 5 people, and real-time collaboration has been mostly smooth. What I found a bit clunky was the initial setup of Custom Templates; it took a bit longer than I expected to get everything aligned with our workflow. Also, while the Mobile App is decent, I noticed a few minor slowdowns when switching between projects. Overall, it's a solid tool and a good value for the price we paid, but there are a few areas that could be polished a bit more.

Functional for tasks

Used Taskade for task management. It worked well. Got my projects organized quickly. The desktop app was easy to install and use. No issues.

Easy to get started with

I tried out Taskade because my friend mentioned it. I just needed something simple for my daily tasks, and the free plan was perfect. I mostly use the Task Management and Structured Notes. It was super easy to figure out, didn't even need to watch a tutorial. I like that it syncs across my laptop and phone without any fuss. No complaints here, it just works for what I needed.
